S/Ns and Dates will vary from what is shown in pics.  Unless specifically stated in the listing, the serial numbered knife you receive will not be the exact one that is in the pictures. If you want a specific serial number please ask BEFORE purchasing.... NO REFUNDS for serial different numbers - Serial Numbers differ from what is shown in pictures unless specifically stated -ASK FIRST

All defective items must be returned to the factory for warranty service.

A return due to a misrepresentation issue on our part must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of the knife and returned within 3 days.  I Can Not cater to Buyers Remorse.  All sales on knives over $750 are final. So please ask questions before making a purchase at that level....feel free to ask questions on any knife. Text or call 217-827-0200

RETURNS

Any and All other returns that are approved by us within the 2 day of receipt of the knife and returned within 3 days will incur a 15% restocking fee to return the knife unless there was a mistake on our part (not color shade or blade steel**) . I check all knives before they are sent out. No exceptions to this. If the knife is marked or used in any way, it will not be accepted as a return.  We are a small business. There are fees and costs on every purchase whether returned or not for us as a business. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a mistake on our part. Again, blade steel mistakes and mislabeling is not included. Sometimes the website is not accurate and up to date on blade steel and color shade.   

EXCHANGES:

An exchange must be initiated within 48 hours (2 days) from delivery. This is non negotiable. There is a flat $20 fee and your shipping costs both ways for an exchange. An exchange must be mailed back within two business days.  It will return via the same way the original order was sent. Insurance will add to that cost if opted for. The exchange item will not be pulled until item exchanged is received and inspected.

 

Returns/ Echanges / Refunds for Purchases made with Sezzle 

Sezzle Charges 7% of the selling price whether or not the amount is refunded.  There is and additional 7% restocking fee above and beyond the previous mentioned fees for all purchases made with Sezzle - NO EXCEPTIONS

All orders that are requested to be canceled by the buyer via email or phone before they ship will be charged a cancellation/restocking fee of $15
